Good for most things but terrible for using your checking account with it

So I really wanted to like this program, and now feel that I have wasted money on buying both the MAC version and the IOS versions…. This is the MAJOR problem: Yes you can place in all your bills and it will do a great job reminding you when they are due, etc., however, when it comes time to pay them, you have to open up the bill, mark it as paid, and then you have to go over to the checkbook (account) area, and then add a new payment into the checkbook. This is not well designed at all. If you are paying a bill within the application, then it should allow you to attach it to a payment account, and as such, debit that checking account. There are too many steps involved in doing both, which it advertises it does well. Additionally, though you can place the NAME of individual accounts into the application and program, it always places the “category” in the bills reminder and the checking account area. I really need to see that the payee is??? It’s too confusing.

i have contacted the developer on several occasions to clarify if any of this can be worked around, fixed, or otherwise improved, with NO RESPONSES despite multiple attempts.

DO NOT waste your money like I did. I am really quite dissapointed.
