Good app, very poor support

The app is god for personal finances. there are some minor functionalities gaps, which can be filled over time. The maon shortcoming is the impossbility to sync among different members of the family as the app inherits the device Mac account and cannot specify its own.

The migratuon for the old to the new veriosn however, has erased a significant portion of the data. Multiples requests for support to the soft developer did not even deserve an answer. I found this very unprofessional and a ridiculous service.
