i dont understand why it has a four star rating

i dont understand why it has a four star rating!!!
this app should be free for its not compleate
lets say you add a bill reminder to pay a card you have and its time to pay this bill
you click on pay you pick the account your paying from and what your paying
and bam it deducts from your checking account but never credits your card account so why even use this app
i own both the mac and iphone version and will be looking for a refund
you guys need to get your act together and not over hype your crapware
so apple store friends i have warned you
